On managing team, I often reach out to them personally to ask for certain challenges or anything beyond just daily communication in a group.
On designing things, I spend a bit more time on iterating the parts that matter.
On making impact, I spend more effort on making sure I have a supportive system by gathering data, designing deck, and more.
People say that perfectionism is an enemy, well, sort of. But the main challenge is not to avoid it but to use it on the right thing. If you feel confident that this thing should be perfect, go for it.
